What a session typically look like?

Providing individual therapy using techniques from different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, meeting a client where they are, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Strength- Based Therapy.

I want the individuals I work with to feel comfortable. I hold this space by providing therapy virtually so you can be in the safety of your own environment. I tend to dress relaxed in a sweatshirt, while still appropriate, to provide a relaxed energy and feel to our sessions.
